Mercy At Dawn Coffee was built from a life centered on faith, family, and the belief that there is still beauty in living differently than the world demands. As the founders of a large and deeply loved family of nine children and fourteen grandchildren, we understand something about grace, mercy, sacrifice, and the quiet work of building a meaningful life day after day. The things that are true, good, and beautiful often require intention and perseverance…but they are worth protecting.

That spirit is woven into everything we create.

Mercy At Dawn Coffee exists to bring renewal into ordinary mornings and to promote a culture of life through our project, Mercy for Life. A portion of our profits supports pregnancy help and life-affirming care for women and families—extending mercy beyond the cup.

We don’t simply sell coffee. We cultivate connection and purpose.

Our beans are sourced from high-altitude farms where cooler air slows growth, deepening flavor and character. Clean coffee, rigorously tested to be mold and mycotoxin-free; each batch is specialty-grade, ethically sourced, and roasted with patience—honoring what the bean already holds rather than forcing it to become something it’s not.
